 Use our free online one-to-one readiness instrument to see how prepared you are for a one-to-one program in your school or district. This instrument will provide you valuable information and thought provoking questions as you prepare yourself for this large but important project.  One-to-One Kick Start

 Description For less than the cost of one laptop, Educational Collaborators will assign one of our Senior Collaborators to provide six hours of off-site consultation.  Each of our Senior Collaborators is a nationally renowned leader with multiple years of experience with one-to-one programs.  Based on your school or district's size and culture, we will assign the perfect fit.  During this engagement, your Collaborator will do a deeper assessment of your environment and provide a written report detailing your strengths and further needs.  The report will also include:
  • A thorough list of tasks to complete your program
  • Custom report detailing your needs and necessary steps to achieve those goals

 Rationale Schools and districts preparing a one-to-one program may not fully realize what they are missing in the planning program.  This low-cost consulting solution will give schools and districts a better idea of where their pain points may be and what areas may need further consideration.

 

One-to-One Readiness Assessment

 Description When you need a little more help, this offering can save a school or district a great deal of money.  We can bring best practices from a variety of different perspectives and blend them to meet the needs of your unique school environment.  One of our 1:1 experts will work on-site in collaboration with a team of 5-7 off-site 1:1 experts from other schools or districts to meet the tactical needs of your 1:1 program.  This custom suite of services will include up to 100 hours of consultation and include services such as image design, professional development planning, workshops, help desk work flow design and more.

 Description Developing a 1:1 program typically requires more than a year of planning, a dedicated team of researchers from the school or district and months upon months of solid planning.  This solution is for the school or district ready to launch themselves into the 21st Century for the lowest overall investment.  Rather than investing in those human resources, bring the best directly to the school or district.  One of our 1:1 experts will work on-site in collaboration with a team of 5-7 off-site 1:1 experts from other schools or districts selected to match the unique nature and needs of the client.  The team will provide detailed consultation, data-based planning, training and on-going assessment tools.  Clients will receive help in planning infrastructure, computer image, help desk, and curricular design.  The team will work with the client to develop and implement a series of workshops and a long term professional development plan to create sustainable success.  The team will also work with the school to develop an internal and external communication plan to keep constituents informed and happy.
